Please note that certain evening wear and custom orders may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
